Description:

Hayward, CA $20/hour 730am-4pm Monday-Friday We are looking for a hardworking, reliable Warehouse Assembly & Order Picker Associate to join our team. This is a physically active role that sits at the heart of our operations-combining precision assembly with general warehouse flow.

Key Responsibilities 1. High-Volume Assembly

  • Assemble specialized carts and barrels according to safety and quality specifications.
  • Maintain a consistent pace to meet a daily production quota of 40-50 units.
  • Ensure all assembled units are sturdy, functional, and ready for immediate use or shipment.
2. Shipping & Receiving

  • Manually load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
  • Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
3. Inventory & Order Fulfillment

  • Stocking: Organize incoming materials and finished goods in their designated warehouse locations.
  • Order Pulling: Accurately pick items from stock to fulfill outgoing orders based on pick sheets.
4. Warehouse Maintenance

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by sweeping floors and removing debris.
  • Organize workstations to ensure tools and components are easily accessible.
Requirements
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (carts/barrels) repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Hand-Tool Proficiency: Experience using basic hand and power tools for assembly.
  • Efficiency: A "get-it-done" attitude with the ability to hit daily assembly targets.
  • Reliability: strong punctual habits and a commitment to being a team player.
