About the Role

The Content & Social Lead is responsible for shaping the organization's social media presence, developing content strategies, managing content production, and leading a team of creators. The role ensures consistent, high-quality storytelling while increasing engagement, visibility, and audience growth across all social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-platform content and social media strategy.
• Manage and maintain content calendars.
• Conceptualize, write, edit, and produce content (copy, visuals, and short-form video).
• Oversee a team of content creators, editors, and contributors.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy.
• Monitor trends and identify opportunities for high-performing content.
• Engage with the online community and respond to comments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns.

Key Deliverables

• Monthly or quarterly content strategy
• Social media content calendar
• Creative assets (copy, graphics, videos)
• Platform performance dashboards
• Trend analysis reports
• Style, tone, and brand voice guidelines
• Campaign documentation and post-campaign reports

• Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves)

• Increase in user-generated content (UGC)
