Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Research Program Manager IV to join their team. As a Research Program Manager IV, you will be part of the Data & Operations department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Research Program Manager IV

Location: Remote US based

Pay Range: $80-$95

What's the Job?

• Run the program operating cadence including intake, planning support, execution tracking, and stakeholder updates

• Improve documentation and operational processes such as templates, trackers, and SOPs

• Collaborate across teams to drive alignment, manage dependencies, and unblock execution

• Analyze program and operations data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities

• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting with light data visualization

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of program/project management or operations experience in cross-functional environments

• 3+ years in analytics/metrics-focused work such as program analytics, business operations, or data analysis

• Experience building dashboards and recurring reports for stakeholders and leadership

• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable with ambiguity

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
