About the Role

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual assets that support the organization's branding, marketing, communications, events, and digital presence. This role ensures that all visual content is professional, cohesive, and aligned with brand identity guidelines.

• High-quality graphic materials produced consistently and on schedule.
• Visual branding that remains cohesive across all platforms.
• Strong collaboration with internal teams to create assets that support campaigns and initiatives.
• Organized design files and templates that are easy for the team to use.

• Timely delivery of creative assets for events, social media, partnerships, and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics, visual assets, print materials, and digital content.
• Design layouts for social media, presentations, reports, campaigns, and events.
• Maintain and expand brand identity guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, programs, and leadership teams.
• Revise and improve graphics based on feedback.
• Manage file organization, asset libraries, and templates.
• Support video editing or motion graphics (if applicable).
• Ensure accessibility, clarity, and quality standards across all designs.
