About the Role

HappyCo is seeking a Head of Product to lead our product organization through the next phase of growth - expanding from a single-product leader to a cohesive multi-product platform company. This leader will shape the strategy and execution of our platform, data, and AI-first initiatives while driving measurable customer and business outcomes. You'll operate within the PDE Triad (Product, Design, Engineering) to deliver velocity, alignment, and clarity. Your mission is to scale a connected ecosystem that drives adoption, cross-sell, and differentiated value across HappyCo's portfolio.
