Your responsibilities include aligning diverse teams, from Community Support to Engineering and Policy, ensuring seamless project execution from conception through to launch, in line with our vision of building a loyal travel community. This position requires a strategic thinker with a knack for detailed planning, capable of influencing at all levels and driving initiatives to successful outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the program within the broader company initiatives.Drive project vision and purpose, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Manage cross-functional meetings, driving action plans and delivering results.Develop plans, monitor progress, and effectively communicate issues and recommendations.Evaluate and optimize governance structures, creating new ones as needed, and produce leadership-ready documents.Must-Have Skills:Experience in customer service across various platforms including contact center operations.Proven track record in managing and executing complex, cross-functional projects.Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills, comfortable working in a global environment.Industry Experience Required:Experience in contact center or customer service environments, preferably with a technology use-case orientation.ABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
