Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process by obtaining quotes, coordinating supplier onboarding, issuing Purchase Orders, and providing order status updates to internal departments.
  • Resolve payment inquiries or disputes with high attention to detail.
  • Provide procurement training and guidance to employees on our Procure-to-Pay system.
  • Assist the team in the continuous improvement of procurement systems, reporting, and overall operational processes.
  • Act as a proactive team player, providing support for ad-hoc tasks to drive team success.
Essential Skills
  • 2-5 years of Procurement or P2P experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Google Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex procurement processes for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Highly accountable with a degree of high integrity.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in Coupa is preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South San Francisco, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
