job summary:
Join a leading semiconductor equipment vendor and provide essential support to their Research & Development (R&D) lab. This is an on-site contract role focused on maintaining lab efficiency, safety, and inventory control.
Minimum of an AS degree and MS Office proficiency (Excel, Teams). Must be a reliable team player and capable of working on-site in a cleanroom 80-90% of the time, five days a week.
10am - 6:30pm M-F Day Shift

responsibilities:
- Lab Management & Safety: Inspect, audit, and maintain lab areas to ensure compliance with safety, 6S, and Intellectual Property (IP) standards.
- Service & Governance: Sustain and govern existing lab services and procedures.
- Project Support: Work with project managers and cross-functional teams on lab improvement projects to minimize inventory variances, resolve lab issues, and implement processes that enhance safety, IP protection, and overall efficiency.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and identify necessary preventive measures to ensure issues do not re-occur.
- User Support: Act as part of the "helpdesk" team to answer questions, assist lab users with their requests, and provide necessary lab materials.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and provide feedback from lab users to continuously improve lab services.
- Experience level: Experienced
