Job Title: Data Analyst - New Verticals Merchant Onboarding & Experience
Pay rate: $38/hr.- $40/hr. - W2 (All inclusive)
Duration: 11 Months
Work Location: REMOTE (HQ, USA, CA, San Francisco, 2nd St)
About the Team

• Manage all BVID requests coming through and process them appropriately via tagging in the right DRIs for approval, asking the necessary questions, and ultimately completing the request
• Manage all BVID audit and compliance requests from the Internal Audit team
• Manage the "tax retailer"onboarding Slack workflow and update the associated runtime with the submitted business ID
• Set up New Verticals Merchants for alcohol in a compliant manner
• Assist with store creation and onboarding
• Assist with support requests from the Enterprise Partnership Managers
• Project Manage initiatives that address Finance and Reconciliation pain points for all NV merchants.
• Create scalable solutions to triage set up errors and enable faster onboarding in Salesforce.
• Unblock Invoicing and Payment errors in partnership with Accounting and Engineering teams.
• Own the Merchant Finance Product Roadmap, working with cross-functional teams to prioritize our most impactful products.

• Years of experience: 1-2 years of experience working in data entry
• Education: Bachelor's degree required
• Other nice-to-have skills: - Salesforce - SQL
