Our client is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager with deep SDLC expertise to lead a major platform modernization effort-a multi-year transformation focused on transitioning to a new vendor-supported platform.
This requires 5 days onsite in Omaha, Austin or Phoenix .
Partner closely with product managers to align technical delivery with business goals and priorities
Participate in and help lead sprint planning sessions, ensuring clear definition and prioritization of work
Gather, clarify, and document functional and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
Coordinate development activities across cross-functional teams, ensuring work progresses according to plan
Oversee testing efforts, validate deliverables, and ensure each sprint meets quality and acceptance criteria
Identify and remove project blockers, escalate risks, and maintain clear communication across teams
Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with established standards and best practices
Mutual Fund industry experience is mandatory
Proven track record delivering full SDLC projects across large-scale, complex, multi-year initiatives
Strong experience working with modern platforms, API development and integration, and back-office / IT operations
Advanced proficiency with Jira (required) for backlog management, sprint planning, and workflow oversight
Experience with Rally is a plus
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a SCRUM team of approximately 10 offshore engineers (India), ensuring alignment, clarity, and consistent delivery
