Senior Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ and ERP)

Job Description
Overview:

• Must come from Big 4 or Big 5 Consulting Firms within the last 3 jobs. Client, EY (Earnst & Young) , KPMG, PwC (Price Waterhouse Coopers, McKinsey & Company, Client)

• 7 to 10 years of business systems analyst experience and end-to-end implementations with integration of Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ and ERP
• Serve as main point of contact between business units and IT to identify opportunities for system enhancements and business process improvements.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams across different time zones, facilitating communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Adept at collaboration, analysis, understanding and communicating complex issues and solutions to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.
• Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and specifications
• Work with technical teams to design and propose solutions that meet business requirements.
• Ensure that proposed solutions align with overall business strategy and objectives.
• Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet specified requirements
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on new systems and processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Experience with Agile methodology and Jira including running standups and managing Jira stories.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Should be well versed in Salesforce CPQ, CRM architecture, CPQ and ERP Architecture.
