Our Dasher & Logistics team owns the end-to-end Dasher experience from supply, efficiency to net-new bets. Design plays an important role, providing important thought partnership in product development. This is where you come in.

About the Role:
Help develop frameworks and systems that scale beyond core Dasher experiences.
Work cross functionally with researchers, design system, product, engineering and analytics to create intuitive, well crafted experiences.
Work on projects that combine digital and physical design, getting deep in the weeds with research and our Dashers themselves.
Opportunity to work with a world class team of designers on core Dasher app surfaces, with a specific focus on Dasher quality and education.

We're excited about you because...
You have 5+ years of work experience and a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to maintain a high bar for craft at scale and experience leading new initiatives and delivering impact in a team environment.
You think of yourself as a craftsperson pushing the envelope on quality, usually find yourself sweating over the lowest level of details and care about elevating the user experience.
You have great story-telling skills, and can rationalize your proposals in a clear way to stakeholders at all levels.
You're passionate about solving complex problems and use a first principles approach.
You have experience with problem spaces that range across multiple audiences.
