About Our Family:
We are a vibrant, lively family of four, with two wonderful, active kids who are always on the go! Our lives are filled with enriching activities, laughter, and lots of moving parts. We thrive on maintaining strong connections to our community while balancing our careers and family life. With one parent working in the tech industry with a demanding schedule, and the other starting a new business, we are seeking a sense of balance and we're looking for someone who can help us stay organized, keep our schedules running smoothly, and be proactive in supporting our ever-changing needs.
Our home is filled with joy and enthusiasm, thanks in part to our playful dog who's an important part of the family. Our two children attend a nearby school, with drop-offs around 8-8:30 AM and pick-ups at 5 PM (with an early 3:30 PM pick-up on Fridays). We are looking for someone to help us keep everything running smoothly with day-to-day organization and support.

We need a fun, loving, and dynamic individual who is intuitive and can keep up with our fast-paced household while helping maintain structure, organization, and overall warmth. The ideal person will have a background in child development or education, and be confident in setting gentle yet firm boundaries. You'll play a key role in our family's day-to-day activities, bringing a caring and proactive approach while adapting to our family dynamics.
