A local well respected mechanical contractor is looking for a motivated individual to bring their mechanical experience to a growing dynamic team as a Senior HVAC Project Manager. As a Senior HVAC Project Manager, your responsibilities would include overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for various projects. Your job would involve working closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project meets their needs and specifications.

Some of the specific duties of a Senior HVAC Project Manager may include:

• Developing and managing project budgets, timelines, and schedules
• Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Conducting site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality of work
• Preparing project status reports and communicating progress to stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Supervising project team members and providing guidance and support as needed
• Identifying and addressing project risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies
• Conducting project closeout activities, including documentation and handover to the client
