Description
Sr. Graphic Designer Day-to-Day:
- Design and deliver assets across a range of marketing channels, including CRM, in-app surfaces, and paid media, while managing quick-turn timelines.
- Partner with DRIs and Project Producers to help triage and prioritize design requests, ensuring work is delivered efficiently and at a high quality bar.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to create design solutions that educate consumers about new features and benefits, translating product concepts into clear, compelling visuals.
- Create organized, non-destructive design files that are easy to iterate on, using best practices like clear labeling, components, auto layout, and reusable templates.

Larger and more brand focused:
- Contribute to establishing and evolving the visual direction for DashPass, working with cross-functional partners to distill strategy into guidelines and templates.
- Build clear, compelling decks and presentations, and present work to stakeholders with a strong point of view supported by data and design rationale.

Qualifications -
sr. level designer, 8 years of exp - Portfolio showcasing both brand-building work (campaigns, identity systems, storytelling) and growth-focused design (CRM, lifecycle, paid social, A/B testing).Hands-on expertise creating impactful content across web, email, ads, presentations, and campaign assets.
- Ability to articulate and defend strategic design decisions to senior stakeholders.
- Experience translating complex business concepts into clear, compelling visuals.
- Strong collaboration skills; thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects).
- Background in technology, media, or digital advertising is a plus.
