Summary:

Meta is hiring a full-time Program Manager for Domains and Off-Platform Enforcement. You will safeguard the company's brand and digital assets globally, designing and executing advanced strategies to combat emerging threats across all off-platform digital channels. You must lead long and short-term strategic planning initiatives and work cross-functionally with business, security, and legal teams to drive high-impact alignment across complex, time-sensitive environments. Candidates should show experience managing global brand protection programs spanning social media, domains, paid search, marketplaces, and mobile applications, as well as experience managing vendor relationships, budgets, and contracts. You will manage critical domain name tasks and registrar operations, leveraging AI solutions within the Domain Name System. You will serve as a key liaison both internally at Meta and externally across the brand protection and domain name industry. Required Skills:

Program Manager, Domains and Off-Platform Enforcement Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute global brand protection strategies, managing a comprehensive portfolio spanning social media, domains, paid search, marketplaces, and mobile applications

  2. Serve as a liaison for Internal Meta teams on brand protection matters

  3. Analyze trend data to identify emerging threats and optimize enforcement strategies

  4. Coordinate cross-functionally with business teams, security, integrity, and other stakeholders to align enforcement efforts

  5. Manage and collaborate with external brand protection vendors on enforcement actions

  6. Support anti-abuse partnerships externally

  7. Lead on AI solutions within the Domain Name System

  8. Develop competencies for case management tooling and predictive modeling

  9. Manage critical domain name management tasks and registrar operations, ensuring the highest levels of security and stability for the company's domain portfolio

  10. Support UDRP and Litigation matters, coordinating with outside law firms as needed

  11. Prepare and deliver high-quality, executive-level communications and reports on team performance, strategy, and critical issues

  12. Create and maintain process and protocol documentation to maximize user adoption and educate relevant stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of experience with brand protection and/or project management

  2. Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships, administration, and budgets

  3. Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects

  4. Proficiency in data analysis

  5. Proven track record in effective communication, including effective Executive communication

  1. 5+ years of experience with Domain Name Management, Registrar operations and/or ICANN operations

  2. Experience with Trademark and Intellectual Property law

  3. Experience working with a large, global tech company

  4. Experience working as a cross-functional manager within a high impact and deadline-focused, often ambiguous, start-up environment

  5. Proven experience managing global brand protection programs, covering social media, domains, paid search, marketplaces, and mobile apps

  6. Familiarity with UDRP and other online dispute resolution mechanisms or litigation processes

  7. Demonstrated experience understanding AI adoption, tooling, and its application to brand protection or case management

Public Compensation:

$152,000/year to $218,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
