Location: San Francisco (Ghirardelli Square) Employment Type: Part time, typically weekday and weekend evenings; shift availability depends on events schedule; shifts vary between 2.5hrs - 6hrs per shiftResponsibilities Clean and organize the studio before, during, and after eventsHand-wash, dry, and store dishes and kitchen equipmentSanitize counters, bathrooms, and high-touch surfacesEnsure items are labeled and stored properly; keep fridge organized and client-readyReset tables and furniture to original or appropriate heights for classes and rentalsRemove trash, recycling, and compost, and tidy binsSweep, vacuum, and mop as neededRestock bathroom supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap)Assist chefs during events to maintain smooth operationsServe as a point of contact for renters as you will be arriving 30minutes before their venue rental ends to start washing dishes. Once they leave, youll stay after for the deep cleaning. Skills + Experience RequiredExperience working as a cleaner in a commercial or professional spaceExperience in professional kitchens or event spaces (preferred)Comfortable working with children, teens, and adultsFamiliarity with kitchen and restaurant cleaning systemsBasic English communication skills (preferred)Able to arrive consistently on time for every shift (please plan your commute before applying)YouAre reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficientlyTake pride in keeping spaces clean, organized, and client-readyWork well in a team and proactively complete tasks without needing instructionDemonstrate maturity, responsibility, and sound judgmentCommunicate clearly and professionally with staff and event clientsComfortable managing scheduling via our shift app and reporting back on eventsEnjoy supporting smooth, high-energy culinary experiencesComfortable talking with clients on-site when you arrive to start cleaning.
