We're seeking motivated individuals to join our fully remote team. In this role, you'll assist members who have requested information about their benefits by scheduling brief appointments and guiding them through a straightforward online process. No prior insurance experience is required—comprehensive training is provided. You will manage basic inbound and outbound calls, respond to questions, update member details, and complete simple digital forms.
