The Administrative Consultant will serve as a trusted, strategic partner to two senior Sutter Health Innovation Executives, providing executive support in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. This role is suited for a highly organized, proactive professional who operates with discretion, sound judgment, and a strong sense of ownership. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing executive-level materials, and handling sensitive information with professionalism, while effectively prioritizing across competing demands.
In parallel, this role plays a critical role in the operational excellence of Sutter Health's Innovation Center, curating an environment that supports executive leadership, strategic work, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include cultivating a strong in-person experience, coordinating on-site events and executive visits, and managing special projects that advance innovation initiatives. The Administrative Consultant will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to oversee initiatives from concept through execution, contribute to department goals, and support a culture of continuous improvement. This is a full-time, in-person role based at the Innovation Center in San Francisco, ideal for someone who values being embedded in the action and building strong, in-person relationships with leaders, partners, and teams.
Bachelor's: Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field
Pay Range is $52.44 to $78.66 / hour
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
