Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment within our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, physically capable of handling warehouse tasks, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Duties Select and gather products from designated warehouse locations based on order specifications Use handheld scanners or inventory management systems to verify items during picking process Ensure accuracy of orders by double-checking items before packing or shipping Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations or order picking is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and accuracy in selecting items Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods during shifts Basic proficiency with handheld scanners or inventory systems is a plus Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for scheduled shifts A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $18.00
