About who needs care: Currently in hospice. In general, able to move from bed to bathroom and to tv room. Sleeping most of the day. Needs supervision when ambulating and assistance with meal prep. and personal care. We expect him to decline and require more care.
Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
