This role is essential in ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment within our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, physically capable of handling warehouse tasks, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.DutiesSelect and gather products from designated warehouse locations based on order specificationsUse handheld scanners or inventory management systems to verify items during picking processEnsure accuracy of orders by double-checking items before packing or shippingAssist with loading and unloading shipments as neededMaintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiencyCollaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goalsReport any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptlyRequirementsPrior experience in warehouse operations or order picking is preferred but not required; training will be providedAbility to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shiftStrong attention to detail and accuracy in selecting itemsGood organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyAbility to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods during shiftsBasic proficiency with handheld scanners or inventory systems is a plusReliable transportation and punctuality are essential for scheduled shiftsA positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a teamCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $18.00
