Description:

Our client, a major national nonprofit focused on impact finance and advisory services, is seeking a Sales Concierge Coordinator to support its Home Loan Mortgage team and deliver an exceptional member experience. The Sales Concierge Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Home Loan Mortgage queue and delivering an exceptional member experience. This individual will assist Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) with non-licensed activities while serving as a trusted member advocate aligned with our core values.


**Please note this is a remote, 6-month contract role based in San Francisco, CA. Pay will be $24/hr.**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and support the mortgage queue to ensure timely response to member inquiries
  • Utilize the mortgage origination system to review files and address member questions
  • Clearly and professionally communicate with members while representing company culture across all channels
  • Schedule appointments for Mortgage Loan Originators
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate department or channel when needed
  • Handle complex or sensitive member situations with professionalism and care
  • Support compliance initiatives and adhere to regulatory standards
  • Proactively identify operational issues, escalate concerns, and recommend solutions
  • Deliver a consistently exceptional member experience
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • Experience in mortgage, consumer credit, or consumer lending preferred
  • NMLS license preferred but not required
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner cross-functionally
  • Adaptability and the ability to implement new processes and procedures efficiently
  • Passion for delivering an outstanding member experience


Schedule Requirement

This role requires availability:

  • Monday – Friday: Between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET (with a primary focus on later shifts)
  • Weekends: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET, one Saturday or Sunday per month
