Position Overview:

We are seeking dependable and service-driven individuals to join our team in a fully remote Customer Service - Travel Reservations role. This position supports clients with coordinating travel arrangements, confirming reservations, and ensuring accurate itinerary details.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with booking and confirming flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages

Respond to travel-related questions and provide reservation updates

Review booking details for accuracy, including dates, traveler information, and accommodations

Communicate professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms

Maintain organized client records and documentation

Provide follow-up assistance before and after travel

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Comfortable navigating online systems and reservation platforms

Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote setting

Previous customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
