Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Inspect property daily and identify potential hazards, damage, repairs, and improvement opportunities.; Perform basic repairs to plumbing, lighting, door hardware, cement, flooring, woodwork, painting, furniture, and heaters.; Order supplies and maintain an inventory of replacement parts.; Contact and oversee outside vendor repairs when needed; generate and perform preventative maintenance programs.; Be on call for after-hours emergencies.
