Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures and Allied Universal post orders within a healthcare location; Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, watching for unusual activity and conditions that may require a security-related response; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with clinical staff and/or local responders as directed; Control access by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials when required, and directing visitors to the appropriate check-in and/or department areas in accordance with site policies; Complete required reports and documentation for incidents, patrol observations, and policy violations, and communicate timely updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision
