Job Title: Manufacturing Quality Technician (Electronics/PCBA) Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Quality Technician specializing in Electronics and PCBA. This role is crucial for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on maintaining quality control and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Conduct internal audits on 'ready to close' units and finished products.
Perform audits on Work-in-Progress (WIP) items associated with open work orders.
Execute internal process audits to verify compliance with GDP, GMP, and SOP requirements.
Audit technician workstations to ensure adherence to 5S, GMP, and GDP standards.
Inspect and evaluate the manufacturing floor for compliance with 5S and GMP.
Draft and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when quality deviations are identified.
Maintain and update the QC Internal Audit Failure Log.
Serve as the point of contact for quality checks during incoming inspections.
Support technicians and production leads with quality-related questions and corrective actions.
Assist buyers in evaluating and rejecting defective vendor-supplied components.
Uphold and enforce quality standards, even in situations requiring pushback or coaching.
Perform additional tasks that support continuous improvement and maturing quality systems.
Essential Skills
Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in electronics or PCBA.
Proficiency with GDP, GMP, and Kanban methodologies.
Strong data entry skills, with at least 2 years of experience in maintaining QC data using Excel.
Familiarity with harnesses, diagnostic testing, and voltage regulation.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or a similar technical field.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Electrical Harness.
Semiconductor Quality Control experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
