The Maintenance Tech will be reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, working with cross functional teams to resolve concerns that will affect the daily operation. The maintenance technician will maintain and repair Peets roasting plant equipment and facilities to keep them in good working condition. Maintain and keep a good attendance record. What You Will Do:Perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipment according to the maintenance schedule. Diagnose and repair filling and assembly lines as needed. Interpret and utilize system error messages on related equipment. Understand roasting equipment operation which includes the operation of HM - Is. Be able to work on bag slitters and pallet lifter. Perform diagnosis and repairs on hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Read and interpret electrical diagrams as per equipment repairs and diagnosis. Possess the ability to use and understand multimeters.
