N.); a community based, non-profit organization of the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office. C. A. R. O. N.'s mission is to promote healthy communities by cultivating the relationship between law enforcement and the community by empowering families with education, knowledge, and resources. As a Community Worker in the Sheriffs Office, you will be responsible for assisting departmental staff in the Engagement Unit by performing a variety of support tasks and services. This includes recording and maintaining simple records, reading and writing in English, communicating effectively to establish good relationships with community members, and maintaining positive working relationships with others.
