RECRUITER

6mth initial contract, with likely extension through EOY

Hybrid - San Francisco, CA (Tues - Thur onsite, Mon & Fri remote)


We are exclusively engaged to support our client with a key Recruiting hire. Due to ongoing increased demand for talent across the team, we do expect this role to be needed until the end of the year, with potential of into 2027.


This individual will be supporting mainly the G&A function within our client, but may have occasional overflow for technical roles. We are looking for someone who is agile, able to support on numerous positions at any one time, comfortable directly working with Hiring Managers to both source niche positions but also manage expectations, and partner effectively with the external agency as required.


Organization, communication and collaboration are key skillsets we are seeking!

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for open positions
  • Conduct initial phone screenings
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
  • Support with interview process after initial screen. The team does use a portal system, but still will require your involvement.
  • Offer presentation and if needed, negotiations.
  • Support through SOW and onboarding process.
  • Maintain candidate experience as a high priority through the process (both for selected and rejected individuals)


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5yrs of full cycle recruitment experience. Min. 2yr within relevant industry (renewable energy, O&G, manufacturing)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • High-energy and willingness to pivot as the group requires
