Our client, a reputable, long-standing plaintiff's personal injury firm in San Francisco is seeking a 5 year+ attorney to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for a dynamic, ambitious attorney who has been to trial and wants to attend more! The firm has a great reputation in the community and is very busy. They are looking for a long-term team fit and there is the potential for an equity position down the line. Partner level candidates may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Pre-litigation case management and work-up to demand and settlement for a variety of personal injury cases including motor vehicle, mass transit, truck, motorcycle, scooter, bicycle, pedestrian, falls, premises liability, public entity liability, and the like.
• Litigation as needed and appropriate and case support for existing firm partners.
• Mentoring and motivating legal support staff.
• Business development that will yield origination compensation is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience practicing personal injury law (plaintiff side preferred but will consider defense).
• 1st or 2nd chair jury trial experience.
• The ability to work proactively and independently as well as a collaborative team member.

Base salary of $175,000 - $200,000 (depending on experience) + annual bonus and origination compensation, profit participation potential, benefits package.

Hybrid office schedule, but ability to work remotely as needed.
