Our client in Hayward is seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join their team!!

Order Entry

Duties include:

• Responsible for reviewing and accurately entering purchase orders in the database, working closely with Sales and Shipping departments to ensure accuracy of purchase orders, availability of product, and timely processing.
• Enter 150 - 200 orders for shipping daily
• Amend all orders as they are finished at the end of the day

• Previous experience in order entry
• High volume data entry
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be accurate and efficient
• Ability to work with multiple screens and 10 Key
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to follow instructions
