Marketing/Hospitality Assistant

This Marketing/Hospitality Assistant position is to manage, pick up, and delivery catering logistics, retain current accounts, acquire new business accounts and facilitate operational coordination between the Director of Operations for all catering and outside sales orders. The position will also function as the "face of the business" in the local community and will promote the Chick-fil-A Brand.

Responsibilities Include:

Drive outside sales and build the Chick-fil-A brand in the community

Represent Chick-fil-A at various community events

Build relationships with local community leaders, business owners, and schools with an effort to intentionally grow our brand in Daly City

This person must possess a positive spirit and the desire to create remarkable experiences for our guests

Maintain a professional appearance

Oversee and manage all social media regular postings

Manage Customer Experience scores

Develop annually and monthly marketing plans that align with our strategy and goals

Manage all social media (Use relevant and digital media to communicate any product offerings)

Manage digital platforms to drive traffic around specific opportunities, product trial, and overall sales growth

Mobile Ordering- create and manage goals through all mobile channels and corresponding strategies in partnership with Operations Team

Respond to all donation requests within 24-48 hours of the time of submission

Manage all promotional inventory, marketing and catering materials

Spend time in operations working alongside the team

Help Director of Operations with new product rollouts and seasonal rollouts

Is educated and competent in Food Safety and Food Quality following all Chick-fil-A standards

Work Schedule

• 8 hour shift
