Job Overview

As a Department Leader, you will be responsible for guiding, training, coaching, and developing associates within your department to ensure exceptional customer service and easy access to merchandise. Your input will be invaluable in making operational and merchandising decisions, collaborating closely with the Store Management Team and Operations Team.

Your extensive knowledge of products and operations will play a key role in various departments such as Building Materials, Decor, Electrical, Flooring, Gardening, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, Pro Account Sales, Tool Rental, Front End, Freight, Receiving, Associate Support, Special Services, and Merchandising Execution. Depending on the store structure, you may oversee one or multiple departments.
