You and the entire front desk team are dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction by crafting remarkable and seamless experiences from the moment guests arrive. Your efforts will create unforgettable and unique memories that leave a lasting impression.
Essential job functions include delivering unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to our guests, responding promptly and effectively to guest questions and requests, streamlining the check-in and check-out process for guests, answering incoming phone calls with promptness and professionalism, excelling at multitasking in a dynamic environment, and resolving guest concerns with attentive service recovery.
Compensation: $23-$25/hour. Physical demands include the ability to lift, carry, push or pull 10 lbs and primarily standing for the majority of the shift.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or its equivalent, one year of front desk experience in hotels preferred, one year of experience working in customer service or a guest-facing role required, full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel, and previous experience with OnQ PMS systems a plus.
