About the Role

We're looking for a Systems Administrator to own internal technology operations across the company. This role sits at the intersection of People, Engineering, and Security. You will be the first line of support, working closely with our People and Security teams to support employee workflows, manage access and security, and ensure internal systems operate reliably as we grow further.

You will initially report into our interim Systems Administrator, with the goal of growing into owning the function entirely across the organization within 3-6 months.

As a Systems Administrator, you will
  • Support team members by troubleshooting and resolving software, access, and security requests.

  • Proactively identify and action opportunities to improve security, reliability, and operational efficiency across internal systems and access management.

  • Manage user accounts, access levels, and permissions across our systems, ensuring everyone has the right level of access.

  • Respond to IT support requests quickly and effectively, prioritizing requests based on urgency and impact.

  • Maintain and improve internal IT processes, documentation, and workflows to increase operational efficiency.

  • Work with our People team on onboarding and offboarding through improving or creating account provisioning automations.

  • Act as a point of contact for vendors and platforms.

Systems You'll Work With

You will spend a significant amount of time working in Rippling, our HRIS and identity provider. Other core systems include:

  • Google Suite

  • Slack

  • Atlassian

  • Notion

  • Zendesk

  • Salesforce

We're Looking for Someone who has
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or helpdesk roles in a fast-paced environment

  • Hands-on experience with SSO, IAM, and access management workflows

  • Familiarity with email systems, DNS, domain management, and basic security

  • Experience supporting team members and resolving technical issues in a remote-first environment

We're also looking for someone who will
  • Take ownership of IT support and internal systems

  • Be curious and persistent when diagnosing and resolving requests in the long term

  • Move quickly and communicate clearly while supporting employees

  • Have a solid technical foundation around identity and access management
