Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service while ensuring that all catering orders are produced per Boudin Catering standards and are delivered on time in an efficient manner. This position performs Catering related functions and utilizes all tools and systems effectively.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities include:
