SYNERGY HomeCare - 3 East 3rd Avenue - Responsibilities: Provide care for memory care/dementia patients in a home-based setting; Shifts are 4 hours long (short-term assignments); Flexible scheduling to accept only preferred assignments; Pass background screening and TB test; Register as a HomeCare Aide (HCA) with the State of California
