LCS Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Takes orders, provides service, and requests items both graciously and courteously.; Operates a variety of kitchen utensils and equipment safely and efficiently.; Clears all tableware from tables and the bar after service; cleans all glassware and dishes; stocks, restocks, and rotates supplies; prepares garnishes for bar use.; Maintains all documents necessary to account for resident and guest charges accurately.; Accurately completes the daily opening and closing checklist for their duties; assists the supervisor with inventory.
