Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
Join a dynamic team in a bakery setting where flexibility and attention to detail are key. This role involves prepping and assembling products to specification, ensuring compliance with food safety requirements, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Be prepared for a cold facility with temperatures ranging from 40 to 60 degrees, and bring a jacket.
Responsibilities
Prep and assemble products to specification.
Comply with HACCP-plan and food safety requirements.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Ensure cases and pallets are configured safely and according to standards.
Maintain scheduled production to meet team business goals.
Maintain regular and consistent punctual attendance.
Notify management of any potential food safety or quality issue.
Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Attention to detail.
Understand written and verbal policies and guidelines, specifications, and safety standards.
Work overtime as required, even on short notice.
Work on a flexible schedule based on production needs, with starting times potentially varying by up to 2 hours.
Basic math skills.
Operate manual and automated processing equipment.
Communicate to management when there is an issue, whether work-related or personal.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
