Dispatcher/Reservation Representative

Corinthian International Parking Services is looking for a Dispatcher/Reservationist like you to join our family and provide excellent customer service to our customers in San Mateo.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for answering phones, entering client information and details of their reservations. Scheduling drivers for each reservations and processing payments for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Handling high volume of calls and dispatching
• Input reservations with follow up
• Be a liaison between drivers and clients making sure drivers know all the details needed for their shift.
• Keeping accurate records for each client.
• Successfully balance driver availability with client needs and requests.
• Reporting to work on time and ready to work
• Representing the company in a highly professional manner at all times
• Remain customer service oriented in fast paced, team-oriented environments

Qualifications:

• Be at least 25 years old of age.
• Detail oriented and organized
• Know basic Microsoft, Word, Outlook, and excel processing and reporting knowledge.
• Limo Anywhere experience a plus
• Dispatch experience preferred
• Customer service experience (preferred)
