Supporting the Hotel's restaurant and banquet operations, you'll be responsible for sorting and cleaning/washing dirty pots, dishes, utensils, and other equipment used in food preparation, presentation, and consumption. Additionally, you'll be part of a larger team in charge of keeping our kitchens and heart of house areas sparkling clean!A little about your day-todayEach day is different but mostly you'll be:* washing plates, glasses, silver and other wares.* coordinating the movement of clean and dirty wares* maintaining overall cleanliness of food & beverage spaces.What we need from youStrong - sometimes you'll need to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs.
