ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Team Member, you will ensure a consistent shopping experience for our guests by keeping products stocked, accurately priced, and available. You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest service tailored to individual needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests and helping them as you perform daily tasks.
• Assist guests in a friendly manner to address their specific needs.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the store's products and services to enhance guest experiences.
• Support your team by ensuring the sales floor remains well-stocked and organized.
• Participate in unloading shipments and stocking inventory on the sales floor.
• Update merchandise displays and accurately manage pricing for all items.
• Conduct inventory checks and audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Help maintain cleanliness throughout the store, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
• Assist in executing special promotions and transitions effectively.
• Engage in operational processes, including cashiering and order pick-up services.
• Complete other tasks as needed based on store priorities.
