• Create tailored RFPs for specific wedding events.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute successful events.
• Manage multiple projects effectively while adhering to tight schedules and deadlines.
• Demonstrate excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit resourcefulness and independence in your approach.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail, especially in financial reconciliation (processing invoices and monthly reconciliations with accounting).
• Ensure execution aligns with specifications and deadlines.
• Accurately and promptly enter records into our database system for registration.
• Be prepared to travel and work outside of regular hours to attend events and client meetings, including weekends as necessary.
• Assist with planning for various weddings simultaneously.
• Contribute to the overall team success by identifying challenges and actively seeking improvements to processes and efficiency.
