Compensation Pay Range:
$19.18 - $25.00
The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage based on the job location. Additional compensation may include annual and quarterly performance bonuses or premiums depending on schedule and specific tasks. Multiple premiums may apply if all criteria are met.

You will be instrumental in our store's success by assisting customers in finding products, keeping the sales floor organized, and operating as a dependable cashier.

Key Responsibilities:
Merchandising Duties:

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor with warmth and friendliness.
• Efficiently check in, price, and organize stock to maintain inventory levels.
• Ensure product displays are clean, fully stocked, and visually appealing every day.
• Follow company guidelines to implement effective display changes.
• Handle price adjustments and maintain accurate signage for sales.
• Assist in stock management duties, including cycle counts and returns of overstock.
• Collaborate with management to achieve team objectives and improve store operations.
• Serve as a visible security presence on the sales floor to help deter theft.

Cashier Duties:

• Quickly and courteously process customer transactions.
• Handle merchandise returns with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Support fellow team members during busy periods as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:
Required:

• Strong numerical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Desired:

• Experience in cashiering or merchandise stocking.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
• Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply.
