Allied Universal - Up to $25.00/hour - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and guests at a retail location front desk by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Control access at the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, assisting with visitor registration, issuing credentials as required, and coordinating with onsite personnel for approvals.; Monitor the front desk area and available systems to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity, and report concerns per site procedures.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.; Communicate clearly with management, store staff, and/or public responders, and complete required reports, logs, and other front desk administrative tasks.
