Join a friendly, fast-moving team helping to shape the future of robotics! We're looking for a highly organized, proactive individual to oversee inventory operations in our robotics lab and warehouse-style environment. This role is essential to keeping daily testing and development running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing materials, including shipping, receiving, unpacking, labeling, and proper storage
  • Track inventory levels for a wide range of parts, tools, consumables, and testing materials
  • Monitor stock usage and proactively reorder items before they run low
  • Source and purchase new materials as new tasks, experiments, or testing needs arise
  • Maintain and update inventory spreadsheets, databases, and documentation in collaboration with engineering and operations teams
  • Work closely with Robotics Lab Operators to understand upcoming testing needs and ensure materials are available
  • Organize and maintain a clean, efficient storage system across a large warehouse-style environment
  • Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and internal teams to resolve shipping delays, damaged items, or supply issues
  • Assist with equipment setup, movement, and basic troubleshooting of inventory-related tools (barcode scanners, tablets, etc.)
  • Support safety compliance by ensuring materials are stored properly and workspace pathways remain clear
  • Participate in regular team meetings to provide inventory updates and flag potential shortages or bottlenecks

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a high volume of varied items
  • Ability to track details accurately and maintain up-to-date records
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, digital inventory tools, and basic office software
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to adapt quickly as new tasks, materials, and testing needs emerge

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a large warehouse/lab environment for extended periods
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 25 pounds
  • Frequent use of hands and arms to handle boxes, equipment, and inventory tools
  • Standard warehouse/lab environment (moderate noise, organized storage areas, active workspace)
