Patient Coordinator (Part Time) Schweiger Dermatology Group

Join our team to provide exceptional front office support and patient care in our San Francisco Nob Hill office. Previous healthcare experience is required.

Job Summary

Part?time Patient Coordinator executes all front office duties and supports patients, providers, and support staff.

Schedule

Part?time, less than 30?hours per week. Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays within operating hours of 7:00?am 7:30?pm. Flexibility to cover a team environment is needed.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle all incoming phone calls, scheduling tasks, and online leads, creating a positive phone call experience.
• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere, enhancing quality of service and care offered to patients and providers.
• Understand provider?to?patient flow and anticipate providers next steps.
• Perform inventory responsibilities and stocking of supplies and equipment as requested.
• Attend all in?house training and continued education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience is required.
• Medical receptionist experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred.
• Computer savvy, familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent patient relation and customer service skills.
• Professional, reliable, and dedicated employee.
• Prior experience working in a dermatology/medical environment preferred.
• Open availability to work weekdays and weekends.

Hourly Pay Rate

$21.00 $24.50 per hour.
