Examine title search reports and determine: requirements and exceptions compliance with Pennsylvania state law handle both residential and commercial files daily production standards: commercial: ~34 files/day residential: ~710 files/day work independently but with access to support via teams clock in, work assigned queue, no travel required

Skills and requirements prior Pennsylvania title examination experience strong understanding of commercial title (preferred; more complex than residential) end-to-end examination knowledge (excluding search) deed plotting experience (key screening question) experience with metes & bounds (common in PA) resware experience (only platform used)
