Location: Emeryville, California

Employment Type: Temporary (3/4 months)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our long time clients in East Bay Area looking to fill an Accounts Payable Clerk job for the corporate office located in Emeryville, CA. This position is 100% in office! The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and be comfortable in a high volume fast paced environment being a part of a team. The role will be responsible for the daily processing of accounts payable, data entry, coding, filing, assist with the month-end close, and other projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • Software experience with SAP would be preferred
  • Comfortable with a high paced high volume environment
  • Attention to detail, problem-solver, analytical, and organized
  • Strong communications (written & verbal) and a team player
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
  • Solid typing and data entry abilities
  • Experience: 2 years of Accounts Payable experience (Accounts Payable Clerk, Accounts Payable Specialist, Accounting Assistant, Accounting Clerk)

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
